Representative McCabe, citing Uniform Rule 48, moved and asked                                                                  
unanimous consent that the following bill be discharged from the                                                                
Community & Regional Affairs Committee:                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 152                                                                                                         
     "An Act relating to extreme risk protective orders; establishing the                                                       
     crime of enforcement of an extreme risk protective order; and                                                              
     providing for an effective date."
